- Smartphone App-Available for most smart phones,
- Iphone app can be downloaded from ITunes (Search 1st Trust)
- Apps for all other Smart Phones available through download via mobile website
Functions Available through Mobile Banking
- Balance of all accounts enabled through Online Banking
- The ability to Transfer funds (including loan payments) between accounts
- History of transactions on accounts
- Text Alerts for Various Functions including Low Balance, High Balance and Transfers
Notes About Mobile Banking
- Must be enrolled in Online Banking to Participate (If customer doesn’t have online banking and doesn’t have internet access through their home or work, please contact either Max Mitchell or Bryan Barger @ 606-435-2265 to resolve this issue.)
- Enroll a device by selecting Mobile Banking from the Administrative Option at the Account Overview (Main Screen) in Online Banking
- Phones will not store passwords for mobile logins and will time out forcing you to login again after a brief period of inactivity (5 minutes)
- 1st Trust Bank recommends that customers wanting to download apps do so within the first 24 hours of enrolling to use their original activation code.
SMS/Text Commands on Mobile Banking
Single letter commands make text banking quick and easy.
When texting a command, enter the command and leave a space between the command and account number receiving the command (History of Account 3 would be H 3).

C-Display Commands
For Transfers between accounts, text T, then it will display accounts. The proper command would then be… 1 3 100.00. This would mean a transfer from account 1 to account 3 in the amount of 100.00. The customer will be asked to confirm this transaction and then told if it is complete.
